Helpful client guidance before booking—so everything feels clear, calm, and easy before your appointment at Lil Yolk.

Booking & Deposit

  • $10 deposit required only for the first booking
  • No deposit, no confirmation of your booking
  • Deposits are non-refundable

Late Arrivals

  • 10–15 minutes late: shortened service
  • 15+ minutes late: considered a no-show

Health & Safety

  • No service if there is eye infection, major issue, or recent eye surgery
  • Ask clients to disclose allergies or reactions to eye patches in advance

Pre-Care

  • Come with clean lashes
  • No makeup if possible
  • Avoid caffeine before appointment
  • Don’t curl your lashes
  • Remove contact lenses if possible
  • Arrive on time and relax

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours notice allowed
  • Late cancellation will result in loss of deposit
  • No-show may be charged 100% of the service
  • No-show may result in no further bookings

Refunds / Fixes

  • No refund on completed service
  • Fixes offered within 24–48 hours instead

Foreign Fills

  • Removal recommended ahead of a service for the best results
  • Extra fee may apply for working over another artist’s work

Post-Care

  • No water for 24 hours
  • Don’t rub your lashes
  • Avoid oil-based products
  • Clean daily for best retention
  • Brush daily
  • Refill every 2–3 weeks

Important Booking Choice

  • Refills only within 2–3 weeks
  • Must have at least 40–50% lashes remaining
  • Anything less = full set
